Special Assistance
To provide assistance to people with reduced mobility, the tournament has activated a support and accompaniment service. This will allow all fans with mobility difficulties to be able to reach their place in the stands without difficulty, thanks to dedicated personalized support.
To benefit from the service you must follow the procedure indicated:
Book the "special assistance service" by 6pm the previous day by writing an email to [email protected] indicating your telephone contact number.
Wait for an email or phone call from the service organization to confirm the booking
On the day of the session purchased, go to the Welcome Area at the established time, the only access to which is from Piazzale Grande Torino (Stadium/Corso Giovanni Agnelli side)
At the scheduled time the operator will be found in the Welcome Area with the wheelchair (if requested). In case of mutual waiting, both parties can sit in the reception area.
Upon ticket verification, the operator will accompany the spectator to the relevant sector and to the assigned seat. If necessary, the spectator can leave personal objects and possessions at the left luggage office.
If it is not possible to reach the assigned place, the organization will offer a chair position on the ground floor of the building near the disabled stalls.
The operator will remain in contact with the ticket holder for any assistance during the session to go to the toilets; it will not be possible to request assistance to go to the bar, however there is a service for selling comfort items in the stands.
At the end of the session, the operator will return to the ticket holder to accompany him to the exit of the venue.
