Nitto ATP Finals: Refunds Begin, Priority Provided For 2022

The Italian Tennis Federation has today begun procedures for the immediate refund to those who were not permitted to attend the 2021 Nitto ATP Finals in Turin due to the restrictions on the capacity at the Pala Alpitour. The restrictions were communicated by the CTS two days before the start of the tournament.

Ticket holders are not required to take any action. For those who purchased by credit card, refunds will be automatically submitted to the same card used. The remaining ticket holders will be contacted by email with detailed information. The refund will be full and inclusive of pre-sale fees.

In addition to the refund, FIT will also recognise, on demand, the following privileges to those who were not permitted to attend:

• priority on the purchase of subscription and tickets for the 2022 Nitto ATP Finals, as soon as the presale is open for a one-week exclusive window;
  
  
• fixed purchase price, i.e., no increase from 2021 prices;
  
  
• priority access to the Pala Alpitour for the 2022 edition of the tournament in case of limitations to the number of spectators admitted to the facility.
